We are expanding and have an opportunity for an experienced IT and/or Project Services Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.

As our Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be working with a close knit, experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition and Management team, assisting the team to identify, nurture and ultimately place high quality candidates for both permanent and contract opportunities across our client base.

We don't know everything so you will also be able to assist in improving our own recruitment and onboarding processes, provide market intel to the industry and senior management team and be the face of our organisation in the market.

• This is a full-time position located in either the heart of Melbourne or Sydney’s CBD (currently remote)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning recruitment campaigns and conducting candidate sourcing and screening

• Developing Job Descriptions, Candidate and Assignment specifications and ads as required

• Conducting and Arranging interviews

• Conducting Pre-employment activities such as reference checks

• Updating and verifying candidate information on Salesforce

• Providing continuous recruitment support and feedback to the Industry Managers

• A passionate, proactive, and energetic talent specialist who understands the importance of their role

• Has a proven track record and passion for IT recruitment, and the ability to confidently deliver expert advice to our candidates and consultants

• Experienced in using various techniques and tools to connect with and identify talent including LinkedIn recruiter, Seek and other job-boards

• Attention to detail and an ability to develop relationships with candidates and the rest of the team

• Ability to provide input into how systems and processes may be improved.
